After approximately 3 months of treatment under LED lights, the strawberry plants are ready to be transplanted from the 72 cell flats to 3.5-inch containers.
There is not much to it. Just make a big enough hole in peat/perlite mix and stick it in. You can use any commercial mix, but the results will not be better and they will cost more than double.
After they are moved, each pot needs a good soaking with plain water or 1/4-1/2 strength nutrient solution.
